Erica@DavisAndEgberg.com — 612.351.2155

Attorney Erica Davis is a managing attorney at Davis & Egberg, PLLC. She practices primarily criminal defense. She is licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota and the Federal District Court of Minnesota.

Prior to opening her own practice in 2016, she was an attorney at a small local law firm that focused its practice on immigration law. While at that firm, she primarily represented Spanish-speaking clients in criminal matters, many of whom also had immigration concerns which added an additional layer of complexity to their criminal cases.

While in law school at the University of Minnesota Law School, Erica served as the President of the Federal Bar Association student chapter for two years and taught LL.M. legal writing. She was also an Articles Editor of the Journal of International Law. Before law school, Erica lived and worked in Hiroshima, Japan for four years.

Erica received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College. While at Mount Holyoke, she studied abroad in Chile and the Dominican Republic. Erica was also the recipient of the Mildred L. Sanderson Prize for Excellence in Mathematics. Before college, she was an AFS exchange student in Dieppe, France for a year. Erica has been a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Twin Cities since 2012.
